DeepChat AI is an AI conversation service, not a catalogue of performer videos. Generated conversations are fictional text. This does not certify user-uploaded images or advertisements supplied by third parties.

Depictions of real people
The age-verification, recordkeeping and labeling duties in §§ 2257–2257A concern certain visual depictions of actual human beings. Fictional text is not such a depiction. We do not claim a blanket exemption for digitally manipulated images, uploads or advertisements that may depict real people.
External advertising and records
Advertisements are delivered by external providers and are separate from chatbot output. Requests about a depiction’s provenance or records custodian should identify the advertisement and producer. Contact us with the page and time shown so the concern can be referred appropriately. This statement does not certify records for every advertisement.
Age and consent concerns
